Getting Connected with SaiMart:

Create an User ID on Saimart.in > Send us the Documents > Wait for Response from SaiMart Team > If Accepted, you will be sent an acknowledgement letter on your WhatsApp & Email.ย 


How Will You Get Service Orders?

Any Order received by SaiMart are randomly distributed between our partnered professionals/businesses depending upon their area of expertise, service quality, pricing and response time in delivering service to customers.

If you’re selected for delivering the service to our customer, then you will get all the details on your WhatsApp & Call. You can reach customer directly, deliver the required services and then report back to SaiMart Team to make the order complete.

Note: Please contact the Customer immediately upon receiving the details from SaiMart Team, acknowledge the customer that you will be visiting him/her in a few minutes positively to deliver the service. Quality service and understanding customer’s needs provides an overall good experience in order to retain the customer.


How Will You Get Payments?

Upon order(service) completion, SaiMart will send you the professional fees after deducting commission of 8%. SaiMart will only take commission from Service charge only. How much the Service charge will be per customer shall be provided by you to us during your registration phase. In case you want to change your service rate chart at any given time, do let us know so that we can update the same in our database.


What if the Order is Pay-On-Delivery?

In case the payment mode for the order is set as Pay-on-Delivery by the customer, then you can collect payment after delivering the service using the QR Code provided to you. SaiMart will receive the payment, process the order status to complete and then send you the professional fees after deducting the commission of 8%. Note: In case SaiMart notices any foul play and misuse of its platform and Terms of Service, you shall be debared from partnership programme.ย

Note: Response to your application may take from 24-72 hours. In case you haven’t got any response even after the stipulated timeline, then please reach out to us.

Terms & Conditions Businesses/Professional Partnered with SaiMart are requested to abide to the T&C

  1. Getting partnered with SaiMart for any service field doesn’t make you an employee in any manner.
  2. After delivering service to the customer, you’ll need to notify SaiMart Team to make the order status for the customer to complete.
  3. In case the payment mode for an order is set as Pay-on-Delivery by the customer, then you can collect payment after delivering the service using the QR Code provided to you by SaiMart Team. You’re NOT allowed to collect the amount on your own account. SaiMart will receive the payment, process the order status to complete and then send you the professional fees after deducting the commission of 8%. In case SaiMart notices any foul play and misuse of its platform and T&C, you shall be debarred from partnership programme further and may be charged with legal proceedings.
  4. In case you do not acknowledge or deliver a service to the customer within the stipulated timeline, SaiMart will remove the partner from its list and won’t send any new service order notification
  5. If a customer complains about bad behaviour/threatening/over-charging/quality of service/or anything that may damage our brand reputation, we will take strict action against the bad players involved and terminate the partnership immediately and may be charged with legal proceedings depending upon the severity.
  6. Any actions that may bring bad name or affect our brand reputation or affects a customers trust & experience, we will be taking strict necessary actions against the bad players involved. Also, will be debarred from the partnership programme indefinitely!
  7. You’re requested to keep yourself updated with our T&C at regular intervals as we may change the T&C without any notification.
